Northland Auto Auction is owned and managed by Fred Kraft. The business was founded in 1989 and has since consigned over 32,000 vehicles.

Fred grew up in the small farm community of Karlsruhe, ND. He graduated from Minot State University in 1966 with a B.S Degree in Education. He taught school and coached sports in the communities of Mohall and Crosby, ND.

Fred served in the U.S. Army from 1968 to 1970 and is a Vietnam Veteran.

Fred has a combined experience of 12 years in government service and 29 years in private business.

Fred is married to Della (34 years) and has 5 children and 4 grandchildren.

In addition to ownership of Northland Auto Auction, Fred also owns Northland Storage, www.northland-storage.com, in Mandan, which consists of 570 storage units.
